One ticket purchase provides one entry. After check-out is complete simply print your ticket or save a copy to your phone, good for entry at the start of the event. Ticket purchase does not cover any gratuities for Gallagher's wait staff or food/drink beyond what's listed below.

- First Course: Dry-Rubbed Smoked Chicken Wings and Homemade Pork Rinds served with 12 oz. Excel Lefty's Lager (Munich-style Helles Lager / abv 5 / ibu 18 / srm 3.7)
- Second Course: Bruschetta 3 Ways - Burnt Onion BBQ Pulled Pork, Bacon Bleu Cheese and Caramelized Onion, Mandarin Goat Cheese and Balsamic seved with 12 oz. Excel East Side IPA (West Coast Style / abv 7 / ibu 60 / srm 5)
- Third Course: Lamb and Prime Rib Shepherd's Pie served with 12 oz. Excel Southside Stout (Dark American Stout / abv 6.5 / ibu 35 / srm 47)
- Dessert: White Chocolate & Raspberry Bread Pudding with Bourbon Whipped Cream served with 12 oz. Excel 4 More Years Ale (Brewed with Honey and Raspberries, aged in Bourbon Barrels)
