One ticket purchase provides one entry. After check-out is complete simply print your ticket or save a copy to your phone, good for entry at the start of the event. Ticket purchase does not cover any gratuities for Gallagher's wait staff or food/drink beyond what's listed below.

- Welcome Beer: 12 oz. Schlafly Kolsh
- First Course: Lemongrass Shrimp with Daikon & Carrot Slaw - served with 12 oz. Schlafly Pale Ale
- Second Course: Watermelon, Cucumber & Feta Salad tossed with Lime, Gin and Fresh Mint, served with 12 oz. Schlafly IPA
- Third Course: Chicken Quarters Grilled and Braised with Oktoberfest, Olives, Capers and Bacon, served with Sweet Corn Polenta and 12 oz. Schlafly Oktoberfest
- Dessert: Fresh Ginger Peach Shortcake with Frangelica Hazelnut Whipped Cream, served with 12 oz. Schlafly Pumpkin
